Please note that orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, always before 4pm. If you have placed your order later, it will be shipped the next day, excluding weekends or holidays.
During periods of high volume, this delivery time may be affected by the agency.

Do they call before delivering?
You will receive an email the night before delivery with a notice that your delivery will be completed the next day and in the morning you will receive a second email specifying the approximate delivery time. You will not receive this second email during periods of high volume such as Black Friday or Christmas. At any time from these emails you can modify the time slot or day of delivery in case you need to change it. Please check that your email is correct or that it does not reach your Spam or junk folder.
Morning or afternoon delivery?
You can specify in your order before finalizing it if you have any delivery preferences, we will transmit them to the courier agency, we cannot guarantee compliance with these specifications as they depend on the courier route, delivery volume, etc.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email with the tracking link so that you can see the status and location at all times. If you have not received this email, it may be that the email indicated is incorrect or is in the Spam folder. In this case, you can view it from your customer account on the website or you can contact us at info@kimondo.es
I have not received my order
If there has been a problem with the delivery of your order and you have not been able to resolve it by contacting the shipping agency, please contact us at info@kimondo.es so that we can resolve the problem and deliver your order.
Conditions on promotions
At Kimondo we often run promotions for our customers that include gifts starting from a certain purchase value. The promotion indicated on the website will always be sent unless stocks run out, in which case it will be replaced by a promotion of similar characteristics and value.
The following conditions are established:
1. Shipments are made by courier service.
2. Shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, fees, tariffs or surcharges.
3. Shipping is understood as the delivery of the items to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process, with delivery areas limited to those listed above.
4. Kimondo delivers orders to the courier service within the specified period. We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.
5. The agency normally makes one delivery attempt. During periods of high volume these delivery attempts may be reduced and if several attempts have been made and the customer is still absent, the order will be left at the nearest pickup point.
6. In the event of absence on the part of the customer at the time of delivery, after the attempts made by the transport agency, the order will be left at the agency or office closest to the recipient. If after 15 days (in periods of high volume this time may be less), the customer does not collect their order, it will be returned to Kimondo. In order for the order to be sent again, the customer must pay the corresponding shipping costs.
7. Orders with cash on delivery, orders with this payment method must take into account that at the time of delivery the courier will ask for the exact amount of the refund value specified in the order. The courier does not usually carry change and payment will be made in cash, never by card.
8. If your shipment has been returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
Incomplete address such as missing number, street, floor and after contacting the customer the package has elapsed the delivery attempts and maximum deadline.
Lack of telephone or any contact assuming a reason why delivery cannot be completed due to absence.
Shipment rejected by the customer to the courier.
You will be reimbursed for the amount of the products, minus the return handling and shipping costs of the package (if you have benefited from a free shipping promotion or shipping at a cheaper price, the difference with the actual handling cost will be applied).
